Responsible for delivering market competitive Transaction Banking products, including but not limited to Trade Finance in the country. Responsible for understanding the customer’s product requirements, contributing to local product development to ensure the product meets the customers’ requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department's revenue targets by developing and enhancing bank’s products and services, including but not limited to visiting & hearing in collaboration with respective Sales Managers and Relationship Managers in accordance to Standard Operating Manual (SOM).
Maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
Work in partnership with TB Sales Managers to support necessary documentation for the banks products and services, facility as well as indicative term sheet.
Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer. Departments including but not limited to Operations and Systems.
Monitor the implementation of product delivery to customers and ensure the service is implemented on-time, within budget and meets customer requirements.
Collect relevant information from customers and other reliable sources on complex business requirements/issues in timely and proper manner.
Support to manage the risk profile of the department's by ensuring all new Transaction Banking products are in compliance to local regulators requirements before the product launch.
Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required.
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
