Job Title: Material Planning Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant, specializing in Supply Chain, to join our team. The successful candidate will develop cross-functional business processes to align with and implement new ERP system capabilities. They will use lean process improvement tools such as value stream mapping and transactional process improvement in relation to material procurement and planning. This role includes gathering and analyzing existing data, conducting master data analysis and cleanup, planning data migration into the new ERP system, and providing project management and oversight of the new ERP system implementation. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop or oversee the development of standard material planning, procurement, and financial reports utilizing an industry standard report engine compatible with the new ERP system, while also collaborating with the Finance Department to ensure accurate costing data.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years Supply Chain experience

  • Experience with a variety of ERP systems

  • Strong material/production planning experience

  • Experience with ERP implementation

  • Experience with BOM's

  • Understanding of product assembly

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily in-office, with some hybrid flexibility. However, preference is for the candidate to be onsite.
