Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

Your role is a country head role responsible for all offices Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia. You’re the face of our people values; a role model of Siemens core company beliefs, and company values – this inspires and strengthen our Siemens community. You drive setting the tone and positioning of culture at scale within the organization using a growth mindset and solution-oriented approach and advocate for this with all team members of Siemens.

Other responsibilities:

• Supports the Country CEO in all P&O matters in cooperation with local Expert Teams and local Business Partners.

• Responsible for implementation of P&O policies and guidelines, and applies these to local regulations

• Enforces Siemens global P&O standards and processes in country

• Responsible for relations to local organizations and authorities (e.g. Universities, MOHR etc.)

• Management of country P&O organization

• Understand business and its strategy, be active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the organization.

• Understand the external world and its imprecations on the business and people strategy (industries, markets, customer, people practices, etc.)

• Lead and contribute to the implementation of P&O programs.

• Coach and enable leaders to be more effective.

• Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.

• Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive culture change in line with business strategy.

• Enable business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline.

• Guide the business on the appropriate P&O programs, process and policies based on the business environment/strategy.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance.

• Min 10 years experience in HR with at least 3 years as HR head.

• PHR ,SHRM or CIPD is an advantage.

• Advance communication skill

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
