    What You Will Learn:

    CeraVe, a beloved skincare brand enjoyed in over 70 countries, is searching for a passionate and driven Manager, Advocacy and Influence to join our Global Digital Marketing team! Reporting to the Head of Advocacy and Influence, you'll play a key role in amplifying CeraVe's voice and building a vibrant global community online.

    This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on a brand experiencing phenomenal growth.

    You'll be part of a dynamic in-house agency, collaborating with talented colleagues and external partners to bring CeraVe's digital presence to life across the globe.

    In this role, you will:

  • Create disruptive, industry-leading influencer campaigns to drive business growth for your categories in 60+ markets around the world

  • Become a content expert in the content dynamics of your categories: gaining a deep understanding of the moisturize and skin renewing consumers

  • Support the development of a global advocacy ecosystem for CeraVe that includes seeding, eventing, paid content, and culture hacking

  • Analyze trends and fuel the team with social listening insights

  • Identify existing and rising stars to become global partners and spokespeople for your categories under the CeraVe brand

  • Help manage relationships with a diverse range of brand advocates, including celebrities, dermatologists, skincare experts, and everyday CeraVe enthusiasts.

  • Track Share of Influence and analyze data to measure the impact of advocacy and influencer initiatives.

  • Support the strategy and execution of the CeraVe global event.

  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in the digital landscape, particularly those related to influencer marketing and community building.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience

  • Demonstrates L’Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator

  • Strong relevant experience in advocacy and influence, concepting, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns at scale

  • Experience managing an influencer agency and working effectively with cross-functional partners

  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey creative ideas simply through words and visuals

  • Effective storyteller who can craft a narrative using Powerpoint

  • Systems Proficiency in Social Listening Tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands, and priorities in a very fast-paced environment

  • Communicates and interacts effectively (written and oral) – listens with intent, actively networks

  • Acts with Human Sensitivity – demonstrates respect (i.e. adapts behavior to respect different personalities), enriches team dynamic

    Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

    Salary Range: $98,400-$140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
