An Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Infrastructure Engineer Position Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Jersey City, NJ Onsite As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will: * Responsible for tool and service designs within a technical domain that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies. * Primary contributor to the creation of infrastructure tools and their integration as an infrastructure service. * Facilitates deployment of technical solution by developing templates, playbooks and automation to be used during implementation. * Infrastructure Engineer II consistently looks for opportunities to improve the reliability and efficiency when implementing and maintaining infrastructure tools and/or services. * This engineer embraces the culture that drives innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have: * Must have at least 8 years of expert level solution design experience comprising one or more infrastructure areas like Unix, Windows, Middleware, Database * Must have experience in system/database/middleware administration, design support in a large-scale environment - preferably in a financial services industry * Must have good understanding of overall infrastructure domain including complete network and application development stack * Be familiar with the implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of applications hosted on Windows Unix platforms * Good knowledge of ESX/VMWare/vSAN and other virtualization * technologies/platforms: * Understanding of Enterprise automation orchestration tools like Ansible * DEVOPS experience * Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions * Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward * Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learne * Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change * Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base * Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
