A prominent manufacturing company in the Baltimore area is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on, plant based role. This role reports to the Technical Director and is a top priority hire for her! The Production Manager will be trained to operate a chemicals manufacturing line and take on managment responsibility. Experience working in a plant-based role is a plus. This is a top priorty search, salaried up to $80K+ range.

? Ensure that the daily production is completed in a safe manner

? Manage raw material intake to ensure consistent foam quality

? Integration of new equipment and systems to foam manufacturing

? Management of all foam line personnel

? Formulation adjustment to maintain foam specifications

? Preparation of blends required for specialty foam production
