Your day at NTT DATA

Director, Transformation Adoption Analytics is responsible for measurement and analysis of user adoption and consumption of digital applications and processes deployed as part of GBS (Global Business Services) Transformation. This role involves leading a team that develops and maintains digital dashboards to report adoption and consumption metrics.

This role ensures that the necessary information is available for making informed business decisions and measuring established goals and objectives.

This leadership role is required to manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling and analysis, as well as fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture across the team.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners teams to design, release, validate, and set targets for GBS applications adoption and consumption metrics.

  • Support the improvement of applications adoption by generating actionable insights

  • Improve the user experience for dashboards by identifying and facilitating initiatives

  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc performance reports and presentations to provide a comprehensive view of GBS applications adoption and consumption

  • Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders to communicate insights, gather input, and drive improvement initiatives.

Experience:

  • Managing and leading analytics teams.

  • Business, operations, or application/process performance management

  • Managing and/or analysing back-end data of key business applications

  • Working within a global and/or diverse organization is preferred.

Skills:

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams through change and process improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools e.g., MS PowerBI, R, Python, SQL

  • Understanding of enterprise applications data e.g., SFDC, SAP, ITSM and etc.

  • Data extract, transform, and load (ETL)

  • Problem Solving

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
