Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a client in the wellness product industry to recruit and hire a full time Warehouse Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations.

• Ensure safe, efficient processes and meet customer service standards.

• Maintain compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.

• Protect company assets, including inventory, facilities, and fleet.

• Manage budgets and enforce inventory control procedures.

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse and transportation staff/supervisors.

• Ensure equipment maintenance and recommend improvements.

• Oversee security, safety, and sanitation programs.

• Coordinate production schedules and material sourcing.

• Maximize productivity and minimize waste.

• All other tasks as assigned by upper management

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience leading warehouse, distribution, or similar operations.

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Our Client Offers:

• Salary in the $75k-95k range

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
