JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Must be a registered Nurse with current state license. Minimum five (5) years experience, ambulatory experience preferred. Bachelors of Science preferred as well.

Experience

Prior management experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.

Works in the Outpatient Wound Healing Center. JOB SUMMARY

The PCF reports to the Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of Wound Care and Vascular Access. Collaborates with the Vice President to coordinate services in providing quality care to patients with wounds and IV access. Works within the framework of the State Nurse Practice act and follows hospital policies and procedures. Coordinates operational clinical systems with the Vice President.
