  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education

  • Must be a registered Nurse with current state license. Minimum five (5) years experience, ambulatory experience preferred. Bachelors of Science preferred as well.

  • Experience

  • Prior management experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.

  • Works in the Outpatient Wound Healing Center. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Significant lifting is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and smell. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and or move patients. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision.

  • JOB SUMMARY

  • The PCF reports to the Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of Wound Care and Vascular Access. Collaborates with the Vice President to coordinate services in providing quality care to patients with wounds and IV access. Works within the framework of the State Nurse Practice act and follows hospital policies and procedures. Coordinates operational clinical systems with the Vice President.
