Insight Global Superintendent in Jupiter, Florida
Job Description
Represent BDGC with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities,
Vendors and Subcontractors.
Build relationships to understand client, design team, and subcontractor needs and
expectations.
Communicate daily issues, events, performance, and progress to the Project Manager.
Report any problems promptly to the Project Manager to facilitate the most cost-effective solutions.
Thoroughly review and understand all construction documents including drawings and
specifications at the onset of each project.
Read and understand all subcontract agreements to hold subcontractors accountable
for their scope of work and for what is included in the construction documents and
notify the Project Manager of any potential scope gaps.
Establish effective working relationships with all team members, internal and external.
Capable of setting up project protection (plastic, ram board, containment, etc.) to
ensure areas adjacent to or surrounding construction are safe and dust-free.
Willing to clean up the project at the end of each work day as required to leave site in
an acceptable state to meet client requirements

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Experience working on South Florida projects
3 or more years of experience in commercial construction fields
Ground-up project experience
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
Ability to create and manage a Project Baseline Schedule and Look Ahead Schedule null
