Join a growing company as a Financial Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing project budgets, financial reporting, and process optimization. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, including the Controller, CFO, and Plant Manager, to drive financial success and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and analyze financial performance
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
Collaborate with the Plant Manager to track costs and maintain budget integrity
Provide mentorship to Accounts Payable staff and update the offsite Controller
Research, recommend, and implement new financial processes and reporting systems
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual vs. budgeted financial performance
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics
Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, financial regulations, and corporate SOPs
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5+ years of financial analysis experience, with some supervisory or mentoring responsibilities
Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Expertise in GAAP regulations and financial best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite and Concur is a plus
