Forklift Operator / Warehouse Position - Join Our Team!

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

As a Forklift Operator, you'll help ensure smooth warehouse operations, including stocking, moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized storage system at our new facility. You’ll prepare materials for production or shipping/receiving, operate a forklift, and perform other duties as needed. Regular coaching and feedback will be provided to help you succeed and improve continuously.

Responsibilities:

Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material/equipment needs
Move freight, stock, or other materials to/from storage, production areas, loading docks, or delivery vehicles
Load and unload trucks and other vehicles
Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance needs to ensure safe, efficient operation
Participate in special continuous improvement projects as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Forklift experience with the ability to maintain equipment certifications (such as forklift certification or pallet jack training)
Strong teamwork and communication skills; bilingual is a plus
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
A commitment to safety and efficiency
Previous warehouse or material handling experience (preferred)
Able to pass background check and drug screening
