Key Responsibilities

• Review tender specification and identify the deviation

• Create e-log unit configuration and deviation in e-log

• Liaise with factory on China Logistics Centre (CLC) equipment cost based on unit configuration created

• Liaise with supply chain and vendors on quotation

• Attend the Contract Support Group (CSG) meeting with Sales and Project team upon project awarded

• Check on discrepancy between SE01, layout drawing and unit configuration

• Finalize and update the latest information to factory for RFM process and follow up with factory on EX-work date

• Clarify and work to resolve issues with factory during manufacturing process

• Liaise with factory on FTB/AMT raised by Project team

• Support Sales team on cost estimation

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

• Min. 4 years of relevant working experience as Technical Sales Engineer

• Sound technical knowledge on elevators, escalators and mechanical strength calculation

• Good working knowledge on PCB design, AutoCAD and 3D modelling

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suites i.e. Excel Macro and PowerPoint

• Understand and able to apply on local code of practices i.e. SS550/ SS626 and SCDF

• Organized and meticulous

• Excellent stakeholders management, communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player; enjoy working in dynamic and multicultural business environment
