What you will do

The Privacy Technical Product Owner is responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OneTrust, identifying and implementing technology solutions that enable Privacy objectives, and partnering with key stakeholders to streamline the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process:

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for OneTrust

• Configure OneTrust as per business requirements

• Partner with OneTrust Business Product Owner to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes.

• Partner with technology services and vendors to ensure support models are effective.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

• Manage OneTrust per xDLC requirements

• Partner with Privacy and other Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) stakeholders to improve the DSAR process

• Manage process and coordinate fulfillment of DSAR requests for applications utilized by Kenvue associates

• Develop and maintain an understanding of privacy regulations and requirements

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of technology experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience with OneTrust application.

• Experience in Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), Data mapping and privacy regulations.

• Experience in configuring applications to support privacy processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Experience working as part of a global team

Desired Qualifications

• Understanding of privacy regulations and requirements, including GDPR and CCPA

• OneTrust certifications

• Experience with Jira
