What you will do

The incumbent will be the Agile Product Owner who will lead our Digital Experience Platform (DxP) team as we grow and transform our MarTech landscape. In this role, you will collaborate internally with stakeholders across lines of business to establish and execute on business and technology strategies for our enterprise Digital Experience Platform. You will be responsible for managing the backlog and delivery across a range of capabilities, including web content management, web experimentation & optimization, digital asset management, content marketing workflow, personalization, and MarTech integrations supporting a portfolio of 500 global brand websites. You will act as a voice of the end-user to guide day-to-day work of a technology engineering team, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes. This is a high-impact role as Kenvue explores new technologies to enable differentiating and delightful digital consumer experiences. The position will have the opportunity to interact with the company’s senior leaders, regional stakeholders to shape modern marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the DxP product strategy vision and lead platform teams to deliver web platforms and related services.

  • Define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work for the platform engineering team, accept final platform output, and iterate when needed.

  • Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities, ensuring focus on business needs and establishing clear KPIs in collaboration with Global Brand Development Tables (BDTs) / Marketing partners.

  • Understand and implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall MarTech team’s OKRs; articulate the strategy effectively to key stakeholders – Marketing, Product Activation Teams, Compliance, and other related internal teams.

  • Define, implement, and maintain governance processes that are needed to meet digital business goals.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our technical architecture and challenge our engineering teams to deliver against defined goals.

  • Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.

  • Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.

  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and self-organization.

  • Develop talent that can lead the successful delivery of modern approaches to global omnichannel capabilities and create a source of competitive advantage for Kenvue brands.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology discipline is required with a Master’s degree in similar or Business Administration will be preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Web Content Management, SEO, CRM, Digital Asset Management, and/or other MarTech platforms.

  • Hands-on experience in agile product management with proven track record of delivering multiple large, complex projects in the digital marketing space.

  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end technology stack, including hosting, networking, virtual infrastructure, monitoring, web servers, caching, database, CMS, front-end, microservices, and front-end frameworks is required.

  • Extensive knowledge of managing digital platforms and the setup and management of teams which deploy on these platforms is required.

  • Understanding of issues covering site architecture, user-interface, and navigation along with familiarity with software quality assurance processes is required.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, Test Driven Development, QA automation, and DevOps processes is required.

  • Experience working in a CPG, healthcare, marketing agency or media organization will be a plus.

  • Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience.

  • Expertise working with others in a cross-functional, multi-geography, diverse team environment.
