Tasty Dou LLC seeks 1 temp FT Nanny/Childcare Worker. 10/01/2024-01/05/2026 Duties:
The employee will have duties typically associated with a position of this nature. The tasks and responsibilities will include caring for one child. The employee will transport the children to activities, appointments, etc., as necessary. The employee needs to have a patient personality and a love for children. As a byproduct of this responsibility, the employee will use items such as car seats, strollers, booster seats, high chairs, nail clippers, etc. The employee will have some inevitable duties such as washing the children's clothing, cleaning areas of the house that they will eat, play, and sleep in each day. Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Lifting of young child is required. Worksite /Work Hours; 40 hrs./wk; Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 14 Quicks Lane Katonah , NY 10536 Workers will be paid weekly on Friday @ $17.15 hourly; Overtime Available @ $25.73 hrly the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. Housing at no cost to the worker. Drug Testing Required before job offer. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
