**Box Truck Driver Job Description At American Blue Collar Transport our Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. You will be tasked with inspecting and driving a variety of truck types that will be assigned to you, as well as working closely with dispatch in order to plan routes and document delivery status. When scheduled with delivering major appliances you will also be tasked with their installation. Excellent customer service and a positive relationship with our partners is mandatory.

Drive both locally and short haul distances to deliver goods to customers

Plan routes using GPS system

Load, secure, and unload cargo

Install appliances when required (washer, dryer, etc.)

Document deliveries in mobile app

Refuel and clean vehicle

Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicle
