JOB REQUIREMENTS: \$20 per hour + Shift Differential- \$1.50/2nd shift and \$3.00/3rd shift Shifts: Must be able to work all 3 shifts as the shifts rotate 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for blending and loading of bulk trailers, ensuring all final products meet customer specifications while following all Food Safety Policies and GMPs, and completing sanitation and IPM tasks. Must learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability. Will be responsible for reworking product that does not meet a high level of quality expectations.
