We are seeking a part-time pharmacist to work in our Wood River Medical Center pharmacy.

The schedule for this position is variable. Hours are generally 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed. Minimum hours are 20/week with the option to pick up additional shifts occasionally.

• Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team of providers, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy techs and other health practitioners to achieve the best possible health outcomes for our patients

• Review new medication orders and monitor current medication therapy, making recommendations as appropriate

• Supervise and authorize the work of technicians, externs/interns and support staff

• Have opportunities for precepting pharmacy students and residents

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

• Valid Idaho Pharmacist License

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience or residency preferred
