Responsibilities You will serve as a Program Manager (PM) in the Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) Program Office (SPK14), Operations Management Department (SPK10) of Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT), Kings Bay, Georgia. You will provide direct support to NWS Program Manager for overall total life cycle management for the program on the oversight of facility maintenance and construction, human resource and fiscal planning and management You will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, operations and maintenance/sustainment for the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS). You will perform analytical studies and reviews used to set a series of annual, multi-year, or similar types of long-range work plans and schedules for government in-service or contracted work. You will develop information used by the NWS PM to develop goals and objectives that need additional emphasis, the best approach or solution to budget shortages, and plans for long-range staffing needs, including contracting out work Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and managing nuclear weapon security program or project requirements to develop cost estimates and statements of work in support of contract actions for a military command. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
