Specific Responsibilities
Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
Valet parking vehicles
Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets
We have part time opportunities available at The American Club. Shifts will vary between 5:30am and 11:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds on a daily basis.
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend for the duration of the shift (6-8 hours)
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly pay range for this position is $9.00 + ($10-$15) tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
