Primary Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the company’s Golden Rules (teamwork, communication, integrity).

  • Achieve sales and margin goals for assigned territories, ensuring year-over-year profitable growth.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to ensure sustainable and profitable business results.

  • Lead and support both direct and indirect sales teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including service, marketing, Apps, and IBS sales, to achieve desired customer outcomes.

  • Stay informed on healthcare trends, competitive products, legislation, and relevant disease states.

  • Build and leverage relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, to achieve desired results.

  • Overcome resistance to new ideas or business development efforts to gain agreement and acceptance.

  • Prepare annual business plans, implement strategies for market penetration, and analyze business needs to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Maintain and build customer relationships, developing a strong customer base with excellent support and implementation of customer relations programs.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel frequently within regional areas of Korea and up to 50% within the Emerging Asia region and internationally on occasion.

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrates trustworthiness, respect, and integrity in all professional interactions.

  • Must be able to schedule travel efficiently and effectively to maximize time and resources.

  • Committed to improving patient care and delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years of experience in selling capital imaging solutions and medical devices.

  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and managing high-performance sales teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Over 10 years of clinical training in a medical setting using Ultrasound, Stereotactic (Mammography), and/or MRI imaging modalities, or equivalent.

  • Experience working directly for a vendor in a clinical support role is preferred.

Additional Details

Must be able to enter a mammography suite without risk to personal health.
