Advanced Quality Engineer

Our plant, Magna Lighting Kostrzyn, belongs to the international Magna concern, a leader in the production of automotive components. We specialise in the design and production of complete lighting systems. Our company offers advanced engineering and design solutions, providing in-house prototyping and testing capabilities at every stage. Our aim is to maintain standards to deliver the highest quality products. The local operations in Kostrzyn are consistent with Magna Group's global strategy based on modern solutions and sustainability. We light the way to innovation, safety and aesthetics.

Your area of responsibility

  • analysing and solving quality problems;

  • developing and updating control plans and other required quality documents;

  • establishing quality control guidelines with the client and supervising their implementation;

  • quality supervision of standard products: control, monitoring, testing, optimisation;

  • Participation in internal and external audits, e.g. supplier audits;

  • initiating and coordinating corrective and preventive actions;

  • cooperating with other departments to optimise production processes.

Our requirements

  • higher technical education;

  • minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an automotive plant;

  • knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan, APQP, PDP tools;

  • knowledge of English and/or German to be able to communicate freely;

  • ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities;

  • very good communication and analytical skills.
