What would you do as our Service Delivery Manager

As our Service Delivery Manager, you would be managing the roadmap, demands, and processes related to our DBA services, in a complex global environment. In this role, you would be part of a global Hosting Team, interacting with our customers and vendors in other regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC). Occasional international travel may occur.

You would also be responsible for:

• Overall service improvements and strategies as well as problem handling

• Creating/improving processes and documentation together with the team

• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery

• Keeping up to date with news and service roadmap

• Customer relationships

  The skills and experience you need

  We are looking for someone who has:

• An understanding of the DBA environments and technologies including cloud

• Senior Knowledge and experience within the specific services

• Good experience of IT processes and operations

• Knowledge of working with ITIL and project management

• The ability to take ownership while being a team player
