• 営業社員の採用・育成、営業社員との帯同営業

職責（Job Responsibilities）

主には、アカウントマネージャーとして先輩アカウントマネージャーを補佐する業務に携わりますが、ゆくゆくは部支店長へとキャリアを上げることができるように育成したいと考えています。

・CCAコラボ案件における先輩アカウントマネージャーの業務補佐

　CCAにおけるAIG損保での引き受けが困難な契約等をAIGグループとしてお守りし、競合他社を排除する

ことが求められてきています。しかしながら、現状においては充分対応できる態勢にないため、態勢強化を図る必要があると考えています。

・ＧＰＷ営業予算達成

・新規ＡＮＰ予算達成

・営業社員育成補佐

・新人営業社員帯同営業

・営業社員採用面談補佐

・法人会等マーケット開拓補佐
