About the role:
The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

What You’ll Do:
Manages Client's churn and major projects in the country to ensure timescales, specifications, quality and costs are achieved within approved parameters. Site visit and supervision on a frequent basis to review progress and quality of work, and conformity of specifications. Work with the project team in the development of design criteria with architects and to review and analysis of lease conditions / requirements.
Manage external resources, including Project Managers, Architects, and Interior Designers, to ensure project success.
Lead and chair PWG meeting with internal and external resources.
Conduct proactive Vendor Management in line with Client's procedures; to include maintenance of approved vendor list, tendering, awarding and monitoring of contracts and any other procurement activity related to the Assets Management function.
Prepare project estimation for new projects and manage project financial budgets and monitor costs to ensure adherence to planned expenditure.
Collaborate with internal procurement teams to establish appropriate procurement routes and bidding requirements.
Communicate at a senior level with other internal support organizations including Technology, HR to ensure transparent, "one-stop" services to the customer.
Coordinate with internal Leasing and FM teams for space requirements and operational feedback.
Working closely with Building Managers, Local Council and Regulatory bodies.
Responsible Third-Party Risk Assessment Process (TP-RAP) for new onboarding and Ongoing monitoring activities such as third-party compliance, insurance coverage on existing vendors
What You’ll Need:
Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent - in Project Management/Construction/M&E or Equivalent
Minimum 7 years to 10 years experiences in Project Management
Best fit - Projects in Commercial Office Fit Out/Renovation Works/Upgrades/Restacking/Relocation specific to Banking Industry (understand few tiers of system and approval chain process)
Excellent Communication Skills
System & Computer literacy - such PPT, Excel, in house system
Knowledge in basic M&E will be added advantage
What You'll Do in Supervision:
No direct supervision/subordinates.
Must be able to work independently with less supervision
Working closely with client's real estate department, other trades contractors such ID, Architectures, Consultants, M&E and Facilities Management Team.
