In this role, You will: Provide strong customer service to both internal and external customers You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy within the registration process by verifying demographic information, along with verifying insurance coverage is secured and patient liability is communicated and attempted prior to services being rendered to allow for timely filing of claims What\'s Available: Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week Schedule: Training hour are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. After training hours are typically Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. This is an onsite position in Onalaska, WI with ability to shift to a remote basis after training. Would need to remain in a close driving distance to Onalaska/ La Crosse, WI as there may be a need to be onsite for trainings and/ or team meetings. Starting pay of \$16.77/hour + more for experience!
