What You'll Be Doing

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the storage and the respective contractor

  • Ensure full traceability of the materials at all times

  • Set-up of material management IT system

  • Responsible for the allocation/location of the materials (according GMP regulation)

  • Preparation of the MRR and ensure client is provided with copies

  • Manage the OSD reports (Overage, Shortage & Damage)

  • Ensure all storage condition of vendors are followed and reported on a regular basis

  • Manage Security and access control of stored materials

  • Coordinate the GMP required inspection

  • Management of material work packs for subcontractor (Check-in/Check-out)

  • Bagging/Tagging of materials request

  • Recording of readings (e.g nitrogen blanket or other protective measurements, etc.)

  • Coordinates off-loading and storage of delivered equipment, materials, supplies, first visual inspection, etc.

  • USG contract and code compliance, including security of equipment, tagging, inventory management and periodic reporting to USG as required.

Ideal Background

Education: High school diploma is required for this role.

Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience in Material Management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven negotiation skills and experience with contract management.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
