HPM Building Supply in Lahaina, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Retail Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the Retail team to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards in a fast-paced building material supply store. The Retail Supervisor continuously assesses current staffing, stock, retail, and marketing effectiveness to ensure a top-of-class customer experience.

The typical schedule for this Retail Supervisor position:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with some Saturday mornings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred

• Intermediate computer skills

• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
