Robert Half Customer Support Representative in Lake Elmo, Minnesota

Description

We are in search of a Customer Support Representative to join our team situated in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries. You will be given comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures, and be expected to use your problem-solving skills to provide excellent service and help customers navigate their banking needs. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of customer inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Utilize your training to navigate our systems, processes, and procedures effectively

• Work collaboratively with team members to support our customers

• Use your customer service skills to demonstrate care and commitment during each interaction

• Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and transactions

• Use your problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your customer service skills

• Be available for onsite work as per the scheduled shifts

• Utilize your computer navigation skills to efficiently manage customer accounts

• Review customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating an ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Experience in Training, capable of educating new team members on the company's procedures and standards.

• Familiarity with company Procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.

• Ability to Review and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Knowledge of the software 'About Time,' displaying an ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.

• Strong Customer Support skills, showcasing an ability to assist customers in a detail oriented and friendly manner.

• Willingness to work Onsite, indicating a commitment to be physically present at the workplace.

• Proficient in Schedule Interviews, displaying the ability to coordinate and manage appointments effectively.

• Understanding of EOB (Explanation of Benefits), demonstrating a capacity to explain complex insurance details to customers.

• Knowledge of Banking Operation, showing an understanding of the banking sector and its operations. TalentMatch®
