Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Technician in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Purpose of Job:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will perform routine maintenance duties as scheduled or assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) and address the needs of various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily repairs on equipment.

  • Install or replace equipment as needed.

  • Conduct general building maintenance.

  • Plan daily repairs in collaboration with Managers and Department Supervisors.

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems.

  • Approve requisitions for ordering and maintaining supplies for the Maintenance Department.

  • Provide maintenance support to Department Supervisors.

  • Plan and schedule future repairs.

  • Coordinate and schedule equipment preventative maintenance and downtime for necessary improvements and repairs.

  • Adhere to and maintain all company policies and procedures.

  • Follow and maintain safety policies and procedures.

  • Ensure a clean and organized working environment.

  • Continuously update skills.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Authority:

  • Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities related to products, processes, and the quality system.

  • Identify and document any problems related to products, processes, and the quality system.

  • Recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

  • Control further processing or delivery of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition is corrected.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in general maintenance.

  • Experience in Electrical, HVAC, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.

  • Familiarity with various types of manufacturing equipment.

  • Strong background in preventative maintenance.

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Preferably, experience in forklift operation.

Hours: M-F 1st shift plus full benefits

Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
