Experienced or willing to learn

Deliver high quality and tasty food to every customer

Punctual, reliable and have a passion for guest services

• assuring kitchen cleanliness

• seeing that each meal meets our standards

• make sure all orders are received and placed in storage using our guidelines

• make sure all orders coming in are correct and mistakes are corrected according to our agreement with our vendors.

• Experience/Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience

Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays

Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

Skills/Aptitude:

Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures

Professional communication skills are required

Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, work calmly and effectively under pressure

Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
