Position Summary Provides supervision of the daily operation of departments requiring clinical expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems, and support personnel. * Assist in supervision and monitoring of clinical staff including PT, OT, Speech Language Pathology and Support Team (Admissions Coordinators and Rehabilitation Aides). Includes involvement hiring, performance management & development, technical and competency training, daily staffing & schedules. * In addition to leadership responsibility, will be expected to perform duties of staff as a working supervisor. * Develop, train, & manage standard work related to clinical practice. Assist in the development of new policies and procedures. * Participates in the implementation and measures best practices with clinical care improvement. Champions exceptional patient experience. * Develop, train, & manage standard work related to business practice. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures around registration, scheduling, insurance verification and authorization and environmental standards. * Develops teams. * Will support a single site location for Rehabilitation Services: - Note: Hospital Locations will have both an Inpatient and Outpatient supervisor. - Note: Outpatient Locations will have an Outpatient supervisor. This position is primarily outpatient and based in Lakeville. Applicants can be physical therapists, occupational therapists, or speech language pathologists. The role includes partnership and support for the inpatient program. Is any license/certification/registration required by law? Occupational Therapy (OT) license, Physical Therapy (PT) License, Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License. Are there any required certifications or professional credentials that Children's requires, but are not required by law? OTR, RPT, SLP-CCC certified Education: * OT, PT, SLP required Required Experience: * 2-5 years of clinical therapy (OT, PT, SLP) experience Preferred Experience: * Pediatrics, ambulatory and/or inpatient care setting. * Leadership experience preferred: Clinical, Project, HR and/or Business. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
