Description

1. Scanning and filing of patient records into EMR system (NextGen)

2. Retrieving, reviewing and scanning/dropping faxes into shared drive folders

3. Handle all record requests and release of information (ROI) requests

4. Serves as point of contact for many primary care physicians who are referring patients to CHV

5.Non-patient facing role sitting in the back of the clinic (will still handle some phone calls with patients for medical records requests)

M-F 8 hour shift Between 7am-6pm

Dress code is black scrubs or business professional

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST

-diploma or GED

-min 6 months work experience in data entry OR customer service

-great typing skills and familiarity using multiple systems

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
