The Job in a Nutshell:
The {N}power Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing World Class customer service to all customers, visitors, vendors and employees as it relates to the {N}power Rewards Program. This position also provides administrative support to various departments in the Store Support Center.

Responsibilities
Main Ingredients:
Primary contact who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as it relates to the {N}power Rewards Program
Responds to all feedback provided about the {N}power Program with sufficient resolutions in a timely manner with primary focus on customer service
Assists {N}power participants in troubleshooting isolated issues with respect to accounts
Uses written, verbal, and digital communication to engage in both positive and negative user feedback
Anticipates customer needs with quick resolutions
Communicates reoccurring feedback to Director of Loyalty Marketing in a timely manner with specific attention to resolving system issues
Partners with Director of Loyalty Marketing to proactively notify {N}power participants of relevant changes to benefits or system operation
Conducts leadership training on the {N}power Program to new store managers
Conducts {N}power Program training for new store openings and attends all openings
Provides administrative support to various departments as requested/assigned by the marketing department including, but is not limited to, copying, filing, preparing presentations, creating training tools and leading meetings
Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.
Qualifications
Recipe for Success:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is required
An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Excellent customer service communication skills to interact with internal/external customers, vendors, and outside organizations
Experience preferred with Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage policies and procedures, products, and vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with astute attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Self-motivated with a “hands on” whatever it takes approach as it relates to the job summary
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. Must also have the ability to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift.
Must have the ability to frequently push or pull up to 15 lbs. and occasionally push or pull 16-100 lbs.
Must be able to occasionally use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.
Must be able to constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift.
Must be able to frequently to reach above chest.
Must be able to occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to frequently work with sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and congested worksite.
Must be able to occasionally work with noise, cold, heat, wet, humid, outside, heights, and contact stress.
