The Opportunity
Take your skills on the road – literally! We’re looking for a client-service focused, Insurance Advisor . You’ll provide professional insurance advice to clients at various car dealership locations so they can drive their new ride away knowing they’re protected. We operate in a fast pace and ambitious sales driven environment with tremendous earning potential: base + uncapped commissions! The Responsibilities
First things first, you’ll provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
We work as a team so, you’ll assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and everything in between
You’ll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding
You’ll set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production
You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations
You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds
We want you to grow too! You’ll be continuing your professional development in order to further enhance your skills and abilities
At the end of the day, we represent HUB. You’ll need to ensure that you understand and live up to our HUB values, mission and vision
The Requirements
Level 1 General Insurance License
6+ months of previous insurance experience
Strong communication written and verbal; someone who is experienced in building relationships with clients through a customer service mindset
An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative
A valid driver’s license and your own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations
Asset experience that will make you stand out:

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 - $48,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
