Conduct cold calls and visits to potential customers to present company products/services

- Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide exceptional customer service\ - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets\ - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth\ - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals\ - Utilize sales management tools to track progress and report on key metrics

- Log, manage, and report all sales activities in Platinums CRM

- Collaborate and work with the Sales Manager and Director of Operations to create and tailor service proposals to meet each clients specific needs.

- Assist and perform (as needed) thorough inspections of client properties to assess pest issues.

- Clearly communicate findings to clients, explaining the recommended pest control solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

- Work closely with the pest control operations/service team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.

- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve overall service offerings.
