2nd shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am Train on 1st - 7:00am - 3:30pm

* Pay 20.00 - 24.00 per hour based on experience *

Resource MFG *is seeking an experienced *Production Supervisor for a manufacturing plant in Downtown Lansing. The production supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all employees and operations on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while leading the team and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Assistant Production Supervisor Duties Include:

• Ensure all production quotas on shift are met
• Set up and trouble shoot machines
• Train new associates
• Be knowledgeable of all duties and operations
• Quality check completed product
• Other duties as assigned
