We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will have minimally four years of experience processing high volume of invoices, good attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to follow our detailed processes. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday 8-5.

salary: $56,000 - $58,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders when necessary

• 2-way and 3-way match

• knowledge of JDE or other large ERP

• Validate proper budget codes are being used when entering invoices

• Accurately perform invoice and general ledger data entry
