JOB SUMMARY:

The Brew Brothers Supervisor oversees the day to day activities of assigned F&B outlet and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations.\

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Directly supervise all personnel and operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures and goals.
• Properly schedule employees in accordance with customer volumes.
• Resolve customer claims or other disputes between subordinate employees in a fair and patient manner.
• Seek ways in which to reduce departmental operating costs without affecting the quality of beverage or service.
• Keep the Manager informed of all pertinent information and irregularities occurring in the Department.
• Make sure prompt, legendary Family Style Service is consistently provided to all customers and that employees conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
• Interact effectively with all other departments.
