JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.

Minimum Work Experience Minimum one year experience as a physical therapist in a supervised setting within the last three years.

Required Licenses Physical Therapist Current Physical Therapist license to practice in the state.
