Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift, with a focus on maintaining and ensuring the operational efficiency of our plant equipment. Responsibilities include maintenance across various areas such as processing equipment, refrigeration systems, boiler rooms, waste plants, and general building upkeep. The role requires adherence to safety standards and a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule provided by supervisors. This position is crucial as we implement a new line and address staffing shortages during the 2nd shift, which runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a workload of 40-50 hours per week.
