About the job:

You work within Worldwide Master Data Team overseeing the organization & harmonization of the local eDHR Master Data. You will be responsible for the consistency and integrity of Master data against Product and Process specifications.

Reporting directly into the Worldwide Enterprise Data Manager, you will be proactive in leading the eDHR Master Data harmonization, maintenance and support. In addition to that, you will be the main point of contact for data related matters for the different departments of our Pharm System Unit as well as globally, such as Marketing Team, WW Quality Engineering Team, R&D, Supply Chain, WW Operations, WW Customer Service Team, , Regulatory, etc.

Main responsibilities

• Create, update and document the Processes to maintain the Master Data and ensure all manufacturing plants are compliant.

• Map the Master Data RACI

• Generate reporting structure to compare plants usage functionalities & consistency.

• Act as a Project Leader for Master Data projects and provide support to any Projects requiring Master Data expertise.

• Driving Master Data continuous improvements projects to have the right data at first time.

• Act as a superuser, maintain your network and train users.

• Train the plant Subject Matter Experts

• Manage the Alerts related to Master Data accuracy.

• Actively participate to Projects with TGS, Process Integrators and Data Analytics (new tools, functionalities, etc) as doer & expert

• Participate in software update activities such as minor release.

Preferred profile:

• Diploma in Data Sciences or Information Systems (M2)

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

• SAP experience or knowledge of ERP systems or MES (Manufacturing Execution System such as APRISO would be appreciated.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.

• Organized, open minded and Customer oriented person. You are able to manage your priorities, work autonomously in a busy and multicultural environment. Fluent English
