Design, develop, and optimize computer and network software, and Adobe-specific utility programs. Duties include: build, deploy, operate, scale and maintain company-wide platforms that run the foundational services that all of Adobe's products rely upon; foundation Applications provides operational/engineering support for both the platform as well as the product teams that use the platforms; ensure the highest level of uptime and Quality of Service (QoS) to Adobe's customers; define service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) to represent and measure service quality; identify areas to improve service resiliency; support and maintain globally distributed, multi-cloud (public and/or private) environments; automate common, repeatable tasks at large scale to streamline operational procedures; design and maintain production monitoring systems; solve performance and stability issues using a wide variety of tools; evaluate and manage application and environment security; follow organizational change processes during implementations; use and maintain version control for application infrastructure; determine root-cause for all production level incidents and write corresponding high-quality RCA reports; and identify and solve complex problems through software.     May allow for partial telecommuting. 

Requirements:  Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Software Development Engineer-related occupation.     Position requires 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the following: (1) IP address management (IPAM), including management of IP address blocks, DNS, and DHCP; (2) AWS and Azure; (3) Python, Go, Ruby, Java, or Shell Scripting; (4) Salt, Chef, Ansible, or Puppet; (5) Kubernetes and Mesos; and (6) Agile, Kanban, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
