The role

" We’re seeking a Team Lead (gender neutral) for a Software Development Team comprising 15+ remote professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds (located in Poland, Germany, US, and LATAM). The role involves ensuring successful project delivery, fostering innovation, and using agile methodologies. "

• Be responsible for multi-functional software development teams, both locally and remotely.

• Establish and recruit new development teams, fostering talent acquisition and growth.

• Drive the entire lifecycle, from concept to deployment, adhering to standard methodologies and quality assurance processes.

• Support team members in personal growth and operational tasks, aiming for faster delivery and low defect rates.

• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate to improve software development processes and ensure efficient delivery.

• Participate in designing, implementing, documenting, and testing software solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, risk management, and audits.

• Handle external service providers when needed.

• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop optimal solutions for internal customers.

What we need to see from you

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Extensive project management experience.

• Proven leadership skills.

• In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices.

• Familiarity with global procurement processes.

• Proficiency in industry-standard technologies (Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure, AWS, Angular, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft BI, AI, and Copilot).

• Expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN).

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.

• Committed to quality, scalability, and reliability.

• Passionate about enabling and growing people.

• Collaborative and solution-oriented / e ffective problem-solving skills.

• Highly self-motivated, results oriented, work independently, assume ownership ( You built it, you run it.).
