This role is pivotal in crafting memorable experiences for our guests, turning every interaction into an opportunity to showcase our commitment to hospitality. As a Bartender, you will expertly mix and serve beverages, while engaging with patrons, ensuring their needs are met with grace and efficiency.

Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, as well as the kitchen staff, you’ll contribute to delivering seamless service that exceeds expectations. This position offers a pathway to grow within the organization, honing your skills and exploring new opportunities in hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • You will craft a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes to ensure consistent quality for our guests.

  • We expect you to provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and making personalized drink recommendations.

  • You shall maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, including washing glassware and sanitizing surfaces to adhere to health and safety regulations.

  • You will manage the inventory of bar supplies efficiently, checking stock levels regularly and ensuring timely replenishment to prevent shortages during peak hours.

  • We expect you to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly, managing cash registers, processing payments, and balancing receipts at the end of each shift.

  • You shall collaborate with other hotel staff to promote special events or themed nights, contributing ideas to enhance guest experiences and drive sales.

  • You will uphold all legal requirements regarding alcohol consumption, verifying guest age when necessary and monitoring consumption to promote responsible drinking.

  • We expect you to participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve your skills and stay updated on new products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • You should be able to create a wide range of cocktails from classic recipes to innovative new creations that cater to diverse guest preferences.

  • We need you to have strong interpersonal skills to engage guests in friendly conversation, making recommendations and ensuring everyone feels welcome.

  • Your knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their origins, flavors, and appropriate pairings, is essential for providing an excellent bar experience.

  • You must efficiently manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels, ordering supplies when necessary, and minimizing waste wherever possible.

  • We expect you to maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar throughout your shift to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and guests.

  • Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate our point-of-sale system confidently is crucial for maintaining efficient service and financial integrity.

  • We require you to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service at all times.

  • You should demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring any concerns are addressed to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
