Physical RequirementsRequires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.

ShiftMust be able to work at least 36 hours/month and from varying days of the week and shifts. May be required to work some weekends and holidays.

Job SummaryProvide for medical surgical patients and adults requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Patient conditions include a wide range of medical conditions and recovery from surgical procedures which may or may not require telemetry monitoring.


The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties for which they are trained such as starting IVs, simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN or LIP with any changes or abnormalities in the patients condition.
