Kaizen Approach, Inc Help Desk Specialist in Linthicum, Maryland
Are you ready for a rewarding opportunity with a company who values your contributions? We are currently looking to hire a Help Desk Specialist to support our very mission-focused customer. In this role you will provide Tier 1 support to end users by utilizing various technical directories and virtual applications. Requirements:
Experience troubleshooting general IT related issues
Good communication and writing skills
Familiarity with LAN/WAN terminologies
Familiarity with basic hardware terminologies
Ability to respond to mission critical needs on an on-call basis (10%)
High School diploma or GED
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Highly Preferred:
Familiarity with COTS and GOTS applications
Experience providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 Help Desk support
Experience troubleshooting through technical directories and virtual resources
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
