Fully remote- will be working EST hours, 8am-5pm

Seeking Analytics developer / data analyst with experience in Enterprise Performance Management

Must Haves:

• 2-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on enterprise performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manage data from multiple sources and write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Power BI (strong preference) and Tableau for data visualization and performance scorecards.
• Ability to work across various healthcare domains (acute, ambulatory, health plan).
• Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Education: Bachelors Degree (minimum)

Pluses:

• Familiarity with performance management strategies in healthcare.
• Experience integrating data from various clinical, ambulatory, and health plan sources.

Hit Ground Running: The analyst will need to hit the ground running, working with stakeholders to develop executive scorecards and performance metrics.

Day to Day:

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze and integrate data from acute, ambulatory, health plan, and population health domains.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define key performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends across various healthcare domains.
• Meeting with Stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss recommendations for data output.
