Job Duties and Responsibilities

Business Objectives:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish a robust data analytics framework to inform and optimize loyalty program strategies

  • Customer Understanding: Deepen the organization’s understanding of customer behavior and preferences to drive program enhancements

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze loyalty program performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights to support strategic marketing decisions and campaign optimizations

  • Innovation and Improvement: Lead research initiatives to keep the loyalty program innovative and competitive in the market

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for program improvement and develop detailed reports on key performance metrics.

  • Use advanced data analysis tools to provide insights that drive decision-making.

  • Lead research initiatives, including surveys and focus groups, to gather customer feedback and preferences.

  • Monitor loyalty initiatives' effectiveness and collaborate with marketing and analytics for data accuracy.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for loyalty program strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and coordinating with external vendors as needed.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Business Operations Analyst on our Loyal Program Performance team, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Marketing Research, or related field

  • 5+ years in data analysis, customer insights, or market research

  • Experience in the wireless or telecom industry is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams; wireless or telecom industry experience is a plus

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and innovative approach

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
